    There are just too many things stressing one out now a days. They can find something to relax them today, but the next is a whole other issue and again having to find something else.

    We try to do TOO MUCH…everyone just needs to slow the f down and relax. I run into peopel at the grocery store who get pissed about having to wait in line and its like……why are you so important? Everyone just needs to chill and smoke some dope lol.

    breathing is a pretty simple solution. getting out into nature can be hard if you live in a city, but i agree…being able to be around trees and greenery definitely helps my stress!
