If you don’t read much about vitamins and their purpose, you have at least heard from someone how vitamin E connected with beauty, skin, many organs, and much more. But what about the cons? People don’t know so much about it, but they use it like they do. We would like you to be cautious and to keep reading with a purpose to find out the real truth of vitamin E.

Pros of this vitamin would definitely be that it boosts up the whole immune system, protect your body from some sorts of cancers and prevents stroke-induced brain damage. Of course, when it comes to beauty, it is great for your skin, nails, and hair. This is exactly why people have started to use it as much as they can. There was once a myth that talked about how people don’t age if they use much vitamin E and put it on their skin. But, there is only a part of this story that is the truth, and that would be that the vitamin E is actually good for your skin, but it can be TOXIC if you use it in the large doses. So, how to use it then? Remember, you don’t need to give up on this vitamin, you just need to know how to use it properly. Let’s see:

1.Applying vitamin E at night. Why is this so important? Vitamin E must not be applied to your skin at the daylight because it can cause you a lot of skin damage. It is because it reacts differently with the Sun.

2.Combine it. You can combine vitamin E with vitamin C. In that case, you will get a great sun protection. How is that possible? Vitamin C acts like that, so you won’t need to worry about skin damage and the Sun.

3.Don’t use it every day. As we have already mentioned, large doses of this vitamin may be toxic and you don’t want to do any harm to your body. Instead of using it each and every day, be sure that you make your ”beauty rituals” for about three times per week. That would be enough for your skin to look great, but also for your health.

We all know how nature has a solution for everything, but we just need to realize how to use it in a proper way! And, as always, you should talk to your doctor about the best way to use Vitamin E as a supplement for your health.
