Do you find yourself lying in bed at 5 a.m thinking how you should wake up earlier and workout? How many times have you just overslept and promised yourself that you will try again tomorrow? If you are tired of your own excuses, then we have a solution for you! We created a list of some tricks that will help you to workout easier in the morning!

1.Your gym clothes. You know how it goes, if you prepare everything you can the night before, you won’t need much time to get ready and to leave your house. So, prepare your workout clothes the night before. You will get those extra 30 minutes of sleep and besides that, you will be more motivated to start with your workout.

2.Oh, the snooze button. We all hit this button at least for ten times in our lives. Or hundreds of times, right? Well, if you really want to trick yourself into working out in the morning then you need to know that you should forget that the snooze button ever existed. Be honest with yourself–once you snooze an alarm, you won’t get out of the bed that easily.

3.The night before. We have talked how you should prepare your gym clothes, but what about dinner? You may feel exhausted to work out in the morning if you don’t eat something in the evening. Of course, you may also feel unmotivated to work out if you eat a huge meal for dinner. So, the best would be to have some light meal. How about grilled chicken and sauteed veggies?

4.All those electronics. If you are a person that uses some electronic devices while working out (and who doesn’t in these days?), always be sure that all these are charged. Of course, you will also do it the night before. As you can see, planning is almost everything. Preparation makes your obligations easier. Another solution is blocking blue light altogether with blue light blocking glasses.

5.Your sleeping schedule. Be sure that you get enough sleep. We all know how many experts claim that every person needs those eight hours of sleep. So, you cannot set your alarm at 6 a.m. to workout and to go to sleep at 1 a.m. You will feel unmotivated and exhausted. If you don’t have enough time to sleep those eight hours, be sure that you sleep for seven hours at least.

Overall, it isn’t that hard, wouldn’t you agree? Just follow this advice and enjoy your morning workouts!
