Need Help Keeping Your Sex Life Alive?

We all need to admit how important sex is to any romantic relationship. You can probably remember all those ‘butterflies’ you had in your stomach when you met your partner a long time ago. Do you have those ‘butterflies’ now? It’s not likely…as time goes on, the spark and newness of the relationship goes away. But what if your sex is becoming worse and worse, and everything else is getting better and better?  You just need to read some advice which will make it better easily

1.Make sex a priority. Remember when your relationship just started? It seemed like you were having sex all the time, right? How about now? Do you have sex only once or twice per week? Be the one who initiates it.

2.The romance. Keep the romance alive. How to do it? You are the one who knows your partner the best. Think about some little details about your boyfriend or girlfriend. What’s their favorite food? Favorite candy? Surprise them with dinner and/or dessert. Have a romantic evening after it.

3.Dress up. Yes, exactly like that, just dress up. Maybe you feel great in that comfy pajamas but your partner doesn’t find it attractive. Don’t take it personally. Of course that you don’t need to look like you are walking on the Red Carpet all the time, but do it sometimes. Make those special days when you will dress up like a ‘princess or a prince’.

4.Texting. Text your beloved partner. Flirt with him or her. Tell your partner how you have a surprise for her or him in the evening. It would be the best to do it while your partner is at work, so there is enough time to think about it and turn on the imagination.

5.Compliments. Compliment your beloved one. This may not really seem like advice, but people in long-term relationships often forget to do it. What drew you to your partner in the first place? Let them know you still love that about them.

6.Try something new. Experiment while having sex. What about sex toys? Go to the sex shop together and have a great time. There is nothing to be ashamed of here.

As you can see, you can have a great sex in the long-term relationship, but you just need to remind yourself how you acted once the relationship started.

What I would give for it to feel like it had been at the beginning. Really hoping we can get that back.

I really hope this work. My husband and I haven’t done anything in the last month because of how hard it’s been. Maybe now it can finally change.

Any little thing is enough to keep the spark up. It’s just a matter of continuing to try.
