  3. Be grateful. Studies always show how people who are grateful live a longer and a happier life than those people that aren’t grateful. Just enjoy that perfect sunshine. What about your favorite cup of tea? Taking your dog for a walk? Embrace gratitude for every little detail in your life! It will make you happier and stronger.
  4. Be active. Staying active is not only good for your physical health, but also for your mental health. Why? Once you exercise, your body creates serotonin, a hormone of happiness. Being active regularly also helps you get rid of cortisol, a stress hormone.
  5. Explore the world. Be telling you to explore the world, think about trying something new and getting out from your comfort zone. If you do that, you will overcome your fears and reduce anxiety. Why does this happen? Well, in this case, you beat your anxiety because you show yourself how you are actually capable of doing that thing that once frightened you. Are you excited to try? I have implemented this advice on myself, and trust me, it gave me much confidence.
