Unfortunately, your bed is way, way grosser than you could even imagine! How is that possible, when you always wear clean pajamas, we are all sure how we are washing our sheets regularly, and so on. Can you believe that basically does nothing at all? You cannot clean your bed, because it contains too many germs!
The new research claims how your bed is even dirtier than chimpanzee’s bed. Can you believe that to be the truth? How is that possible? We are humans! We wear ties! We wash our hair! We are not dirty!
Yet, the scientific researchers have found these results, and we can say what we want, that is the truth.
Where does that dirt come from then? From the outside? Do you take it in with your clothes or your shoes? No, not at all. Your bed is dirty because of you.
Your body is creating dirt and you are not even realizing it…from fecal and skin bacteria, not to mention the germs you carry when you’re sick. Disgusting. How is that even possible that we are dirtier than chimpanzees? Maybe because they spend most of their time outside, and you know, they do all those ‘dirty jobs’ outside, and not in their home.
So, what can you do? Well, wash your sheets more frequently for one. And if you have a bathroom attached to your bedroom, it’s probably best to keep that door closed, and clean it frequently. Lastly, you should shower before going to sleep…that helps keep your sheets, pillows, and mattress in tip top shape.
