You can create that cake easily by yourself, and save a lot of money. First, you need to create a regular cake (I like white or yellow, but chocolate is good too) and cook those bananas a bit. Add some sugar and once they start to caramelize, you just need to pour them on the cake and put in the fridge. Wait for two hours and enjoy your perfect banana caramelized cake!
4.Cookies. All fitness lovers will be amazed by this recipe, but I bet that everyone else will be too. People claim how these cookies are actually the healthiest ones. All you need is oatmeal, overripe bananas, and that’s it! Form cookies as you like and bake them for 20 minutes. So, here is your perfect breakfast.
5.Smoothie. If you complain how you don’t have enough time to eat a healthy breakfast or dinner, there are no more excuses now! Making a smoothie cannot be easier! Of course, you can add some overripe bananas and any other fruit you like. We would highly recommend adding some nuts and milk too.
