Last night, the 53rd annual CMT Music Awards were held in their longtime home of Nashville, at the city’s famed Bridgestone Arena. As ever, CMT broadcasted the awards live on its TV channel and tallied fan votes on its website to determine this year’s winners.

If this year’s CMT Music Awards proved anything, it’s that American Idol winner turned country music megastar Carrie Underwood’s CMT Music Awards winning streak just might never end.
