Have you ever wondered who is the oldest man or a woman that lives on our planet? I may admit, such thought goes through my mind from every now and then. How long can people live? Can we be immortal? What makes some people live longer than the others? Let’s find out and meet the oldest man on Earth!
The oldest living male on Earth has 112 years old and he is Japanese. He lives in Ashoro, and he has now been awarded to be our world’s oldest living man! Can you imagine how does he feel?
His full name is Masazo Novaka and he is literally 112 years old and 264 days. Of course, you can guess that this man is now in the Guinness World Records.
Do you remember Francisco Nunez Olivera? He is now replaced with this Japanese oldest man. Francisco was 113 years old when he died. Will Masazo Novaka live even longer? We believe that he will because he is still in a good health condition.
So, how he lived his life? When he was young, Masazo was a farmer, and later he started running. He has 5 children and a granddaughter. It is so nice to hear that his granddaughter believes that he lives that long because of sweets. Sweets? How is that possible? Isn’t sugar bad for your health?
We can only guess, but it seems like that Masazo Novaka won! Of course, he needs a wheelchair to move, but its nothing that we wouldn’t expect. Besides those wheelchairs, as I have said earlier, he is in a good physical and mental condition.
Can you believe that he is able to read? He reads his favorite newspapers each and every morning. He likes to spend time with his children and granddaughter, and besides that, Masazo really enjoys spring.
I can guess that this man lives this long because he is full of gratitude. He enjoys every single moment of his life. He loves nature and animals.
When he was receiving the award, he also got a cake. Now, you know that his granddaughter wasn’t wrong with her sugar story. Novaka adores cakes and sweets and he was really surprised that he got such an award. His family says how it seemed like he was more happy to get a cake than to be in the Guinness World Records. That is the man with a huge heart!
How long will he live? We hope that Masazo will break all the world’s records. Besides that, we also hope to see some women in the Guinness World Records when it comes to being the oldest living females. Only time will tell what will happen.
We soon might be able to meet the antidote for immortality. I’m quite confident and excited.
I truly believe we will one day be able to reach immortality with how things are advancing.
It really makes me question how human beings can deal with longevity.
Interesting to know. Now what? What can I actually do with this piece of information? Wish a man whose suffering with age to live longer?
I was just talking about this with my mom! If it makes him happy, I hope he continues to live longer.
This is somewhat inspirational. I aspire to be like this man now.
I’m not surprised he is Asian. We lead healthier lives than most people, living in nature, eating healthier food, and exercising as part of our daily lives.
