The asparagus is just cooked with butter and garlic. 

Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub the dry ingredient mixture evenly over them. Broil them in the oven for 5 minutes, then brush maple syrup and orange juice over the fillets and top them with crushed pecans. Then, simply sautee the asparagus in butter and garlic, and you’re ready to eat!

Easy Fish Tacos

Keeping on with the fish theme, here are some super simple fish tacos. You can use any kind of white fish and season it with 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, and salt and pepper. These tacos go perfectly with some sliced red cabbage, lime juice, cilantro, corn or any of your favorite taco toppings.

Mix the spices together, then sprinkle them over cod, halibut, or your choice of white fish. Cook each fish fillet for 4 minutes in a tablespoon of olive oil, shred or chop them to your desired size, and serve them on tortillas with your favorite toppings!

Strawberry Avocado Salad

The king of all quick, healthy meals is definitely salad, and this strawberry avocado salad is one of the best! All it takes is salad greens, strawberries, an avocado, some chopped pecans, and this simple homemade dressing. 

For the dressing, whisk together two tablespoons of white sugar, two tablespoons of olive oil, four teaspoons of honey, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and one teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix the other ingredients and drizzle the dressing on top, and you’re good to go!

Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Stir-fry is one of the best quick, healthy meals because it can be whatever you want it to be! You can choose whichever meats, veggies, and sauces you want, but here’s an especially easy beef and broccoli stir-fry recipe. For this recipe, you’ll need three tablespoons cornstarch, half a cup of water, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, a pound of steak cut into three-inch strips, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, four cups of broccoli florets, one small onion cut into wedges, one-third cup of soy sauce, two tablespoons brown sugar, and one teaspoon ground ginger. 

Mix together two tablespoons of cornstarch, two tablespoons of water, and your garlic powder until smooth. Toss your steak in this mixture, and then fry it in one tablespoon of vegetable oil until cooked thoroughly. Stir-fry the onion in the remaining oil for four to five minutes until softened, then add the broccoli and cook for three minutes. Then, add the beef back to the pan. 

Combine your soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and the remaining one tablespoon of cornstarch and half a cup of water until smooth. Add your sauce to the pan and cook for two minutes, stirring frequently. Serve it over rice for a great easy meal!
