There are many holiday recipes available online, and you can add your favorite ingredients and spices to make your culinary creations more exciting.
If you’re in the mood to make a family recipe you can enjoy all-year-round, make a spin on a quattro formaggi pasta recipe (or four-cheese pasta). You can use regular pasta or gluten-free noodles according to your dietary preferences. Add Parmesan, fontina cheese, cream cheese, and ricotta to your four-cheese recipe. For a productive HIIT workout routine, you can get a jump rope, weights, a fitness mat, or splurge on a treadmill depending on your at-home gym budget.
If you want to exercise at a lower intensity and thus have a quicker recovery time, you may prefer an HVIT workout routine. If you go the HVIT route, all you will need is a set of weights, a jump rope, and a yoga mat.
